Hello everyone. Hope you had a fantastic weekend? Did you make any New Year’s resolutions about taking on your DE-CLUTTERING?
The best way to tackle any de-cluttering task is to start SMALL. It could be just a drawer in your bedroom or kitchen, but try to stay in one room instead of going off in many different directions and not accomplishing the results that you want.
There are so many ways that STUFF can be dealt with….getting rid of it altogether, either by taking it to Thrift stores, (which is a great way to recycle), giving it to friends and family, or taking it to the dump.
There are so many storage options out there right now, from rubber bins, canvas, plastic and wicker baskets, beautiful cardboard boxes to match your decor. Just go into any big box or specialty storage store and you’ll find a huge array to suit your style and needs. Re-purposing VINTAGE pieces for storage, makes for an ecclectic mix within your decor, if they are left out for the eye to see.

So, pick a space, choose your method of storage, and DE-CLUTTER. (My favorite way to store clutter would be VINTAGE). You will be amazed at the changes in your space, and in the changes in you. Like the picture at the top of the page states……..”A CLUTTERED SPACE EQUALS A CLUTTERED MIND”… Even making the bed gives a sense of being less cluttered!
Have a great week, and good luck with your DE-CLUTTERING…Until next time…..Judy
